PTA Meeting Schedule

The PTA will post meetings and minutes here throughout the year. The Executive Board meets once a month, the Board of Directors once every other month, and the General Membership 3-4 times a year.

General Membership Meeting - December 5, 2023

The meeting will setup the Nominating Committee to nominate officers for next year's PTA executive board as well as provide information on upcoming events. View Meeting Minutes

General Membership Meeting - March 12, 2024

The meeting consisted of elections for the 24-25 PTA Executive Board. The members approved Laura Kubica and Toni Burton as co-Presidents, RaeAnne Sturgill as VP of Ways & Means, Lisa Eisla as VP of Membership, Kate Milberger as Secretary, and Micheal Garza as Treasurer. View Meeting Minutes

General Membership Meeting - May 17, 2024

The meeting was held to pass a bylaws amendment with 30-day notice given to the membership on April 12, 2024. The membership passed the amendment which increased PTA membership dues from $7 to $10 to account for dues changes with ECCC PTA and Georgia PTA.
