PTA Meeting Schedule

The PTA will post meetings and minutes here throughout the year. The Executive Board meets once a month, the Board of Directors once every other month, and the General Membership 3-4 times a year.

Executive Board Meeting - May 15, 2023

The meeting focused on setting PTA priorities and the types of events/programs that PTA would plan to align with those. A tentative schedule for June and July was discussed to finalize a budget and a Board of Directors before the start of the school year. View Meeting Minutes

Executive Board Meeting - July 26, 2023

The meeting focused on approving the new Board of Directors, agreement on a budget to be approved by the BOD, and notice of an election on July 31 to elect a new VP of Ways & Means. View Agenda

Board of Directors Meeting - August 25, 2023

The meeting focused on planning for upcoming events for the rest of August and into September. Each committee responsible for those events gave an update including remaining action items and volunteer needs. View Meeting Minutes
