Communications

The Communications committee coordinates all communications about events and activities that are sent out by the school and the PTA to the Keheley community. Each member of the committee will get access to our Canva account to create and modify content for PTA. The committee will also create a communications plan for the school year.

If social media or graphic design is your jam, this is the committee for you and we'd love to have you!

Newsletters

The newsletter lead will coordinate sending all upcoming events and activities for PTA to Keheley administration for sending out via the school's weekly newsletter.

Monthly Calendar

The calendar lead(s) will work with the executive board and event leads to create a printed calendar for the next month that includes events, staff birthdays, and the paid sponsor for that month.

Social Media

The social media lead(s) will create or post already created content to the Facebook and Instagram. They will work with the executive board and event leads to promote upcoming events and to showcase the success of those events after they are completed.

Website

The website lead(s) will update the website with new content, such as upcoming events and activities or new signup genius links.
