Our mIssion is to make every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.

Our goal is to create a family involved atmosphere, through activities and programs sponsored by the PTA. Our events are not fundraisers and are sponsored so that our families and their children may have an opportunity to have fun and socialize with other families. Bingo Nights, Fall Festival and Breakfast with Santa are just a few example of our fun events.

We support our staff and teachers by helping with classroom needs. Just a few examples are magazines for classrooms, supplies for art,  PE and a software program for Music.

PTA Believe Program

Now that everyone has received fundraising packets, let’s start selling! In addition to the prizes being offered to top sellers by the Believe program, PTA is also offering some incentives:
  • The top-selling student in each grade level will receive a $5 Stars and Strikes card, and the top class in each grade will receive an ice cream party and points for their house.
  • The top-selling class in the whole school will also receive an ice cream party as well as a pizza party.
  • And the student who sells the most in the entire school will win a new Kindle!
Students can redeem their Adopt-a-Pet coupons (see parent letter in the packet) in the school atrium on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
We hope you are as excited as we are! Good luck!

Would you like a chance to express your creativity? If so, the 2018-2019 National PTA Reflections Art Program is your opportunity!

The Reflections Program is an awesome way to celebrate the importance of the arts in our school and community!

We are seeking original works of art from our talented Cougars! Students may write a poem or story, compose a song, produce a film, choreograph a dance or create a piece of visual art and tell us their interpretation of the theme “Heroes Around Me.” Students may submit an entry in more than one category.

There will be two winning entries per category for Division 1 (Kindergarten–2nd grade) and two winning entries per category for Division 2 (Grades 3-5). Each winning entry will be recognized with a certificate, ribbon and a $3 Bruster’s Gift Card.

Keheley winning entries advance to East Cobb County Council PTA for judging; and if chosen at the ECCC PTA level as a winner the entry will advance to the state level.

Look for the student interest forms in your Tuesday folder and return them to your teacher by Tuesday, October 2nd.

Deadline for entries is Wednesday, October 17th.

Contact Cindy Goolsby at reflections@KeheleyPTA.org for entry forms and rules.
